Today, Bangladesh High Commissioner Muhammad Ruhul Alam Siddique paid a courtesy call to Interior Minister Mohsin Navi at his office in Islamabad.
They met and discussed several issues ranging from mutual bilateral relations to promoting cricket in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The Interior Minister said that Pakistan intends to further strengthen the decades-long brotherly ties with Bangladesh in different fields.

Mohsin Naqvi said he will soon be on a visit to Bangladesh, according to the special instructions of Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif.
While discussing the forthcoming Champions Trophy, the Interior Minister informed that preparations are being finalized to organize the event successfully.
He said in his remarks that Bangladesh highly values its brotherly relations with Pakistan; furthermore, he sent good wishes regarding organizing the Champions Trophy tournament to Pakistan.
He said the cricket team of Pakistan enjoys a lot of support and love in Bangladesh.
