Several civilians have died at an unidentified air strike in Aleppo city center, Syria after the anti-regime armed groups took over it.
Unidentified warplanes attacked a square in Aleppo city center most under control by anti-regime armed groups.
Initial estimates after the airstrike hold multiple civilians as casualties, with no specific number as yet.
From Wednesday, armed groups clashing with regime forces in the northern part of Syria have rapidly advanced northwards into Idlib and Aleppo provinces and have since Saturday morning captured 51 more villages in east and southeast Idlib.

These eastern and southeastern parts of Idlib were previously in the hands of the Assad regime, in addition to Aleppo, and since Saturday morning, more than 50 villages have been gained by armed groups.
On Friday, they entered the city center in Aleppo and reached the central districts on the evening of that day.
These anti-regime groups had intensely moved from western Aleppo’s countryside toward the center during November 27-28, taking numerous areas in Idlib’s countryside.
