Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is supposed to announce the squad for the limited-overs series against South Africa in a few days.
The announcement was held up because of the ongoing series of Pakistan with Zimbabwe. However, some of the heads will be back for the showdown with the Proteas.

The young generation of Pakistan’s T20I side has set the stage a few times, yet PCB claimed that seasoned players are now needed as South Africa was this year’s T20 World Cup runners-up, so they will pose a real challenge.
Unfortunately, the next big things, Arafat Minhas, Omair Yousuf, and Sahibzada Farhan will probably miss out but will have a major say in the future of Pakistan cricket.
