Mohamed Salah recently voiced his dissatisfaction over the lack of a contract extension, claiming he feels “more out than in” within the club; hence the word “selfish” labeled himself by Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher, among others.
After scoring a crucial penalty in Sunday’s victory, Mohamed Salah shared his feelings with Sky Sports. “It’s very special,” the striker said. “I really don’t take it for granted, and I am enjoying every moment here. It feels home. Scoring at Anfield and winning games is, as always, a very special feeling.”

When asked about it being his last match against City at Anfield, Mohamed Salah said:
“Honestly, it’s in my head. As of now, this is the last City game I will play for Liverpool, so I just wanted to enjoy it. The atmosphere was incredible, and I cherished every second here. Hopefully, we win the league, and we will see what happens.”
