The Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ) intends to import about 2,700 Belarus tractors with a capacity of up to 60 hp into Pakistan by 2025.
The arrangements were formalized during a visit by Belarusian president, Aleksandr Lukashenko to the country, as informed by press service of the enterprise.
According to General Director of MTZ Sergei Avramenko, there can also be an assemblage of these tractors in Pakistan because it will lower their prices and make it more affordable for the consumers”.

Avramenko stated that Minsk Tractor Works and Pakistan have a strong and growing partnership with each other, as BELARUS tractors recorded a remarkable 107.9% growth in exports in the first three quarters of 2024 as compared to the same period of the previous year.
