Rescue 1122 Launches Training Session Under CM Internship Program

Rescue 1122 trained under the Chief Minister’s Internship Program. Central Station Chowk Kumharanwala hosted the training on the launch of Pakistani lifesaving training, presided over by District Emergency Officer Dr. Hussain Mian.

Students from different universities would be practically trained in first aid. The program includes detailed information on advanced medical equipment, personal safety measures, and emergency response techniques. Key features of this course are training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), techniques for minimizing blood loss, and other life-saving measures.

All those who get trained will be posted to rescue stations all over the city for real practice in emergency management. It is intended their skills would be timely first aid, assistance to rescuers in emergencies, and working along with professionals during large-scale incidents.

Dr. Hussain Mian took the oath from the participants highlighting the significance of humanitarian service. He lauded the role of Rescue 1122 in financing the emergency services and working towards a safer society. He termed the participants asset-based to society and good to have in the future as well.

Thereby Rescue 1122 is proving its efforts to cultivate such an attitude towards a culture of preparedness and volunteerism in Pakistan, participants said.
