Paris today has ushered in a three-day exhibition on TRUSTECH 2024.
Representing Pakistan at the event is the Chairman of NADRA, Lieutenant General Muhammad Munir Afsar.
The exhibition has been touted as one of the most vital platforms at a global level for the digital trust industries as well as card technology.
Ambassador of Pakistan to France Asim Iftikhar Ahmad visited NADRA’s pavilion at TRUSTECH and interacted with the Chairman and delegation. Chairman NADRA briefed on the various technological innovations being undertaken by the organization – all aimed towards greater technological self-reliance, operational efficiency, improved service, and maximum coverage.

Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad lauded NADRA on its great work over time and noted the significance of digital identity in bridging the world.
Some of the key exhibits in the Pakistan Pavilion included advanced biometric identification devices such as Self Service Kiosks, All-In-One Enrollment Kits, Handheld Tablets for Authentication, and IRIS Cameras. Such technologies are major in enhancing the capability of identity verification in the country.
TRUSTECH 2024 is expected to gather more than 8000 participants including industry professionals, exhibitors, and international partners. It is a very important step in driving Pakistan towards technological maturity and forming future partnerships in this global digital landscape.
