From the latest study conducted by the Academy of Research, it appears that the main reason for terming Pakistan as one of the nations facing a housing crisis is the shortage of homes, which exceeds 2.1 million homes every time according to families and individuals.
Hence, Turkey’s research findings indicate that it will be above 38.3 million people who live in that country and need good, decent housing. Upwards of those, about 2.52 million individuals are targeting homes in urban cities.

This study also captures some facts that over about 13 million people are living in overcrowded situations whereas 10 million families are being housed in unacceptable conditions.
As mentioned in the investigation, cities such as Multan, Quetta, Karachi, and Hyderabad face the highest as well as more serious shortages in housing.
