Selectively acquiring into the session was the All Parties Conference (APC), under the aegis of Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, raising alarm about the ever-worsening law and lawlessness in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and seeking efforts joint collective to act on behalf of the province regarding its challenges.
The declaration of the APC stressed the need for political unity to settle the issues of KP and demanded an audit of the performance of the provincial government; besides, it also demanded reopening the fence for every kind of trade across Afghanistan and Pakistan, gas provision to the province, and releasing the NFC immediately.

Thus, the formation of two committees was announced by Governor Kundi, comprising a political committee to liaise with other important dignitaries such as the President and the other technical committee to deal with the rest. Criticizing the provincial government, he said, “The KP government has failed to maintain law and order. CM Gandapur is fostering anarchy.”
Federal Minister Amir Muqam criticized Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, who was charged with simply organizing protests in Islamabad instead of solving the pressing issues of KP.
The end of this APC is a resounding call to unity and collective action for the restoration of peace and trade interests in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
