Recently, the Rawalpindi Traffic Police made some improvements to the Driving License Centre at Shehbaz Sharif Park by Rawal Road. In the words of one spokesperson, the development has been carried out rapidly so that citizens begin utilizing the improved services as soon as possible.
With modernization, citizens will now be able to access a simple and efficient process for obtaining a driving license. Under the new system, applicants will face shorter waiting times and experience speedy service, with minimal disruption.

According to Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Benish Fatima, the center has been installed with state-of-the-art technology for citizen convenience. “This system at the center will essentially accelerate licensing issuance and speedily resolve complaints on the spot,” she said.
The CTO is also in the process of advising traffic personnel, such as senior traffic assistants, on how to boost their connection with the general traffic. Staff is called in every day to Traffic Headquarters at Race Course for such counseling.
CTO Benish Fatima insisted that the traffic police in her area are concerned about citizens and wish to ease their problems. “Our behaviour and performance should reflect that the traffic police are here to assist the public and gain their trust,” she said.
