Alkhidmat Foundation to Give Free Laptops to 10,000 Bano Qabil Students

Alkhidmat Foundation CEO Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan, announced a free laptop scheme under which all graduates of BanoQabil will receive a laptop during his address to thousands of students taking an aptitude exam yesterday for BanoQabil 4.0 in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Equal Education System Called For

Hafiz Naeemur Rehman called for a common system of education for all in Pakistan and demanded that one such standard, one system, and one syllabus be implemented for equal citizenship across the entire population of 250 million.

Event Attended by Many Dignitaries

Some of the dignitaries include:

  • Educationist Dr. Ishrat Hussain
  • Former test cricketer, Sadiq Muhammad
  • Veteran actors Behroz Sabzwari, Ayaz Khan, and Zaiba Shahnaz

Youth Empowerment through Skill Development

By reiterating that 60% of the entire population of the country is comprised of people below 30, while 80% has not yet attained 40, Hafiz Naeemur Rehman urged the youth to learn instead of thinking about foreign shores for better future prospects. He defined the BanoQabil program by calling it a “game changer” of the economy; its benefits would be visible in IT-based exports.

What Has BanoQabil Done?

Over the last two years, more than 48,000 students have graduated from BanoQabil. Hafiz Naeemur Rehman noted that the JI indeed facilitated the careers of these students.

Laptops for All Graduates

In a groundbreaking development, he said the first phase would send 10,000 laptops to top-performing BanoQabil graduates to harness international job markets and earn a livelihood through them

Call for Action

Encouraged by Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, the young Karachiites must stand up for their rights without wavering in devotion to selfish and dishonest leaders. “Pakistan is for all the youth, not for generals, capitalists and the elite.”

Address by JI Karachi Ameer

JI Karachi Ameer and Monem Zafar added to the statements by the participants saying that they have to stop negative propaganda about Pakistan’s future and instead direct their actions towards serving the country.

This has reaffirmed the promise of JI to empower every Pakistani youth through education, skills, and job creation.
