According to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), around one million displaced Palestinians are going to experience the worst winter in terms of cold and rain this year. The agency proclaimed that hardly about 23% of the required shelter from the elements had been put in place, vulnerable to the effects of homelessness and the deprivation of 945,000 people. Urgent aid was emphasized as the crises deepened.
