Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has announced plans to import advanced technology for cancer treatment initiatives in the respective province. The Punjab government plans to import the latest treatment methods and machinery from China to offer alternatives to surgery and chemotherapy for cancer patients.

This new technique will be available at the Nawaz Sharif Cancer Hospital, enabling less invasive recoveries for the patients. Imported machinery and state-of-the-art advances are expected to add significantly to the quality of care and treatment results of cancer patients in Punjab.
This initiative would also make cancer treatment less aggressive more effective and less available. This revolutionary approach will soon come out to making patients avail of treatment without it coming close or touching chemotherapy and surgery.
