Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, the Prime Minister, emphasized that Balochistan’s development, and above all, the welfare of its villagers, are the main priorities of the government. It came up in a meeting with Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel, which took place in Islamabad, where several problems of Balochistan were discussed.

The prime minister continued by saying that steps are being taken towards enabling the youth of that province to secure a job and therefore participate as much as they can in development activities for the country. Governor Mandokhel thanked the prime minister for his interest in the development projects of Balochistan.
Also present in the meeting were Deputy PM Ishaq Dar and President PML-N-AJK chapter, Shah Ghulam Qadir. Shah Ghulam Qadir expressed thanks to the prime minister for giving out a pack of twenty-three billion rupees to solve energy issues in Azad Jammu Kashmir.
