Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi as well as founder of the Parliamentarians Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI-P), Pervez Khattak reaffirmed their commitment to taking strict action against any person breaching the way of the country’s progress. They met for issues relevant to national security and politics, where Naqvi and Khattak raised the issue of ensuring peace and stability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Both leaders committed themselves to fighting even elements of disruption to its developmental cause in Pakistan.

Khattak has previously expressed sympathy over the martyrdom of police and Rangers personnel during the protests that took place in Islamabad. He valued the sacrifices made by the security forces. Echoing the same sentiments, Naqvi said, “Pakistan belongs to all of us, and we must work together to move it forward. The people want problems solved. The future of Pakistan is bright, and no power in the world can stop its progress.”
The dialogue also highlighted the importance of unity and firm action for national security and development.
