Punjab Information Minister, Azma Bokhari, has lashed out at PTI’s wave of demonstrations, accusing them of serving the ‘double purpose’ of seeking an NRO for the convict in Adiala and also making a show of public disorder by causing a huge loss to the citizens, therefore the interference of the federal government is evident.
Punjab’s Information Minister Azma Bokhari has clarified that it is only for seeking the NRO for the prisoner in Adiala Jail that PTI has been protesting, defining the NRO as never to be granted. She chastised the inmate’s submission to anyone’s feet to meet his own selfish ends without tenderness and rage toward release from America.
Rally Criticism
Bokhari also took a jibe at PTI’s criticism, stating that their rallies, either held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or elsewhere, fail to impact the government. She confirmed that sanitary workers, rescue team, and police were present in the Swabi rally in normal dress, and their attendance was punched for each present government employee.

Misuse of Funds
Regrettably, the Minister for Information did not mince words when he criticized PTI for misappropriating the federal fund that should have been used in serving KPK people but instead was being used against PTI protesters and rallies. She also stated that when Ghandapur released political workers, he would also give them notes of Rs.1000 each, which resulted in complaints about this minuscule amount of payment.
Conclusion
The standpoint of Azma Bokhari on PTI speaks volumes as to such means being availed to help the particular inmate held at Adiala prison, including subverting development and using the public funds for demonstrations.” This indicates that such allegations coexist with political encumbrances that are emerging between the state and PTI.
