- UAE Plane Crash on December 30: On December 30, a light aircraft operated by Jazirah Aviation Club crashed into the sea off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The crash claimed the lives of a 29-year-old Pakistani female pilot and a 26-year-old Indian passenger, Dr. Sulaymaan Al Majid. The aircraft was used for recreational sightseeing, and an inquiry has been launched to determine the cause of the crash.

- Jeju Air Flight 2216 Crash in Muan, South Korea: On December 29, Jeju Air Flight 2216 crashed during its final approach to Muan International Airport. The Boeing 737-800, flying from Bangkok, faced a landing gear malfunction after a bird strike. The aircraft veered off the runway, hitting a concrete barrier and catching fire, leading to 179 fatalities.
- Air Canada Express Emergency Landing in Halifax, Canada: On December 29, an Air Canada Express flight with 73 passengers aboard made an emergency landing at Halifax Stanfield International Airport due to a suspected landing gear issue. The Bombardier Q400 aircraft skidded off the runway and caught fire, but all passengers and crew were safely evacuated with no injuries reported.
- KLM Emergency Landing in Norway: On December 29, a KLM Boeing 737-800 en route from Oslo to Amsterdam made an emergency landing at Torp Sandefjord Airport in southern Norway following a technical malfunction shortly after takeoff. The aircraft veered off the runway and came to a stop in the grass, but all 182 people on board, including the crew, were unharmed.
- Azerbaijan Airlines Flight 8432 Crash Near Aktau, Kazakhstan: On December 25, Azerbaijan Airlines Flight 8432 tried making an emergency landing near Aktau, Kazakhstan, after mid-flight technical issues. The Fokker 100, with 67 people aboard, was struck by a Russian missile over Chechnya, resulting in 37 deaths and 29 injuries.

- Brazil Crash in Gramado: On December 22, a small plane crashed in a residential area of Gramado, Brazil, killing all 10 onboard and injuring more than a dozen on the ground. The cause remains unclear.
- Voepass Airlines ATR-72 Crash in Vinhedo, Brazil: On August 9, a Voepass Airlines ATR-72 tragically crashed into a residential area in Vinhedo, São Paulo, killing all 62 passengers and crew onboard. The flight was en route from Cascavel to Guarulhos.
- Saurya Airlines Crash in Kathmandu, Nepal: On July 24, a Saurya Airlines flight crashed shortly after takeoff from Tribhuvan International Airport. The commuter jet experienced suspected engine failure, leading to the deaths of 18 people, with only the pilot surviving.
- Singapore Airlines Turbulence Incident: In May, severe turbulence over Myanmar caused a passenger on a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777 to suffer a fatal heart attack, with over 40 others sustaining injuries, including fractures and head trauma.
- Hop-A-Jet Flight 823 Crash in Florida: On February 9, Hop-A-Jet Flight 823’s Bombardier Challenger 600 crashed into a vehicle on I-75 in Florida during an emergency landing attempt, killing two of the five on board.

- Russian Military Plane Downed in Belgorod: On January 24, a Ukrainian missile allegedly downed a Russian military plane over Belgorod. The IL-76 was transporting Ukrainian POWs, resulting in 74 fatalities, including six crew members.
- Alaska Airlines Mid-Air Fuselage Separation: In January, an Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 9 experienced mid-air fuselage separation, prompting an emergency landing. All 171 passengers and six crew members landed safely with no injuries.
- Japan Airlines Collision at Haneda Airport: On January 2, a Japan Airlines flight collided with a Coast Guard aircraft on Tokyo’s Haneda Airport runway. Five people in the Coast Guard plane died, while all 379 on the Japan Airlines flight survived before the jet caught fire.
