Two paramedics have been killed and four others injured after being chased by Israeli drones on Saturday in the Tyre district of southern Lebanon. An Israeli drone, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry, targeted a rescue team on Saturday while heading toward the town of Ain Baal in the Tyre district to carry out their emergency work. As a second rescue team rushed to assist the injured from the first team, it too was targeted by an Israeli drone, resulting in two martyrs and four injuries from both teams.

In reiteration, the Lebanese Health Ministry requested from the international community a strong stand against the violation of international laws by the Israeli army and, most importantly, its disregard for any deterrent measures. Israel has been with Lebanon in cross-border warfare and commenced an air campaign in late September against alleged Hezbollah targets. Overall, more than 3,600 Lebanese victims were killed by Israeli attacks, over 15,300 injured, and more than one million displaced since last October, according to health authorities in the country.
