A respected Russian diplomat, H.E. Mr. Albert P. Khorev is the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Pakistan currently. With a degree in Oriental studies and seasoned work in the foreign service, he is instrumental to the multidimensional cooperation between Russia and Pakistan.
A Career in Diplomacy
Albert P. Khorev is the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to India and a career diplomat since 2002, after he graduated from the Institute of Asia and Africa of Lomonosov Moscow State University. His field of study is Oriental studies which helped him understand deeply the other economic, artistic, social, and political facets of the people inhabiting the continent of Asia and Africa. He did the latter in 2011, after successfully completing the post-graduate internship program of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Diplomatic Academy.
