“Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Engineer Amir Muqam said that Thursday would see the ‘nefarious intentions’ of the PTI founder never succeed.
At a news conference in Peshawar, Muqam blamed PTI for always conspiring against the state institutions while trying to mislead its workers. “Attacking state institutions has become a hallmark of PTI leadership,” he said.
On the current protests going around with PTI, he took a dig at the final call by dubbing it a “missed call” or a “wrong call.” Muqam said this as he lambasted the PTI founder for not standing by his workers after demanding the release of Bushra Bibi and Ali Amin Gandapur.

He dismissed PTI’s demands as “imaginary,” particularly their opposition to the 26th Constitutional Amendment, which was passed by a two-thirds majority and cannot be undone by sitting across protest lines.
He further condemned the disruption that such demonstrations cause to people because daily life in Islamabad has come to a halt.”
