Taiwanese electronics manufacturer AOC isn’t up to mischief with its portfolio of affordable gaming monitors; oh, no. Presenting the brand new AOC Q27G41E: 1440p 180Hz screen and much more for $117 (at least in China).
This IPS screen has a resolution of 2560×1440px on a diagonal measure of 27 inches. It holds a refresh rate of 180Hz, quite ideal for competition gaming, and the response time is as low as 1 ms, which should make an important difference when running competitive shooters, fighting games, and more.
This monitor goes further to make the game enjoyable and without the headache of torn or stuttered images with the use of Adaptive Sync. Plus, it has the goodness of HDR10 for more details in bright and dark areas. Greater visual clarity is achieved through a technology called MBR Sync which reduces motion blur and ghosting without making that compromise on brightness.
Color precision is among the features, showing 100% sRGB coverage with Delta E<2. It also ensures lively colors with 93% DCI-P3 use 8-bit color with static contrast of 1000:1.

To offer some comfortable viewing under strong light, the monitor boasts 300-nit peak brightness, has flicker-free DC dimming, and emits little blue light. The Dark Boost further improves visibility in bright and dark scenes.
Preset modes allow for versatility in multimedia, reading, and work in the office. Users may also personalize favorite settings according to brightness, color, and features related to gaming, such as dynamic crosshairs and sniper-target zoom using the G-MENU software.
This monitor has connectivity options like HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and audio out port. This highly solid monitor is also VESA wall-mount compatible (100mm x 100mm) and offers tilt adjustment from -5° to 23°. The weight of the panel itself is 3.14 kg, with an extra 0.39 kg in the stand for a total of 3.53 kg.
