An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has charged PTI leaders Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, along with 12 others, concerning the GHQ attack case. Ali Amin Gandapur, Chief Minister, had been summoned in the court hearing and the judge revoked his orders for arrest warrants. PTI leaders, present here are Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Shibli Faraz, among others accused.

These include the charges of the court against 14 people that include Gandapur, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Shehryar Afridi, retired Colonel Shabbir Awan, Latif Satti, Umar Tanveer Butt, Shibli Faraz, and Kanwal Shozeb. Others indicted include Taimoor Masood, Saad Ali Khan, Sikandar Zaib, Zohaib Afridi, Fahad Masood, and Raja Nasir Mehmood. The accused denied all charges against them. Up to this date, 113 have been indicted in the GHQ attack case.
The ATC has fixed the hearing for tomorrow for Chief Minister Gandapur, Shehryar Afridi, and Kanwal Shozeb, who filed Section 265-D applications. The Chief Minister nominated Ghulam Hussnain Sanbal as his 12th pleader and thanked the judge for the cancellation of his arrest warrants. The adjourned case is till December 21.
