During a meeting at the residence of the JUI-F chief, Senator Faisal Vawda assured Maulana Fazlur Rehman of steadfast support related to the 26th Constitutional Amendment. The meeting discussed crucial issues like the prevailing political situation, constitutional reforms, and threats to former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The recognition has changed in the perspective regarding Maulana Fazlur Rehman and authentic importance given the peaceful means through democracy. The senator asked political parties to resolve differences in a civilized way without being brutal and anarchy-like.
The senator also touched on the Madaris legislation as a need to expand horizons between political parties. He applauded Maulana Fazlur Rehman for working towards unification and mentioned that he had a strong potential to mold the political future of Pakistan.

Keeping a few things private from their discussion, Vawda stated, “There is a national government. PTI’s mandate in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should equally be accepted as JUI-F’s mandate is entitled to recognition along with Form 47.”.
Vawda reiterated his commitment to the judiciary and establishment and his willingness to negotiate with all political parties. He also put his focus on ensuring the safety for Imran Khan, alleging that those who had put threats to the life of the former Prime Minister were from his inner circle, specifically Bushra Bibi and her companions.
