On such an occasion concerning International Anti-Corruption Day, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur once again reiterated the zero-tolerance policy against any kind of corruption within the province. He said that each and every public project across KP is transparent and accountable. The CM also spoke about the laws that have already been put into effect to encourage public access to information as being quite instrumental in the war against corruption.

The day of International Anti-Corruption Day is recognized worldwide in creating awareness against the malpractice of corruption and bribery. In October 2003, this day was proclaimed by the United Nations as a means of celebrating the efforts made to eliminate corruption to generate more action against corruption itself. The theme for this year is “Uniting with youth against corruption: shaping tomorrow’s integrity.”
