At last, here they come: Honor has manufactured Honor X9c Smart, the entry-level smartphone exclusively meant for Malaysia. The design of this smartphone also bears a strong resemblance to the Honor X60. The main difference is that this new device has an additional camera.
Design and Display
The Honor X9c Smart comes presented with a 6.8-inch TFT LCD boasting a refresh rate of 120 Hz. This refresh rate ensures that everything that is viewed on the screen of the smartphone does not lag; is completely responsive. It is also known to have a maximum resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and an 88.4% screen-to-body ratio. The brightness of a display before can be termed peak brightness because it can go as high as 850 nits.
About the two color options, the Honor X9c Smart is specifically available in Ocean Cyan and Moonlight White. It also comes with water-resistant capabilities, making it perfect against some accidents brought by water, although we have yet to confirm what IP certification it falls under. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner is also present.

Internal Specifications and Software
Inside, Honor X9c Smart is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset, which is built using a 6nm process. This state-of-the-art octa-core processor throws in a 2 by 2.5 GHz Cortex-A78 to add to a 6 by 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 and still manages to deliver harmonious performance when handling common tasks and light multitasking. To make everything complete, it also possesses a GPU IMG BXM-8-256, which makes the phone fit for casual gameplay and streaming videos without lag.
Android-14 with Magic OS 8 graces this phone. This user-friendly interface comes with many possibilities for personalization. Plus, internal storage is at 256 GB, and RAM is at 8 GB, quite enough to store apps, photos, and videos. No, it does not have expandable storage either.
Camera
The Honor X9c Smart comes with a dual-camera setup at the back. It has a main camera, 108 MP, wide camera with f/1.8 aperture which is used to capture vivid and detailed pictures. Additionally, it has a 5MP ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture for capturing wide-angle photos. The whole camera combination comes with an LED flash, panorama, and HDR photography for capturing good photos under various lighting conditions.
On the front, there is a very high 16 MP f/2.5 camera for crisp and bright selfies. Both the front and back cameras can capture Full HD videos at 30fps for smooth and good-quality videos.
Battery and Pricing
The Honor X9c Smart packs into a 5800 mAh battery with a megaton of power to let users enjoy using the device for a long time without interruption. Also, it supports 35W wired fast charging. Additionally, the phone is equipped with 5W reverse wired charging, so it lets charging of other devices, too.
