Weather officials have reported the hottest average temperature in Taiwan for at least a century. According to Taiwan News, the Central Weather Administration revealed at a year-end press conference Tuesday that Taiwan’s average annual temperature for 2024 was 24.97 degrees Celsius, well above the previous record of 1897.
