Rumors are rife about Leonardo DiCaprio’s surprise appearance in Squid Game Season 3. As per the OSEN dated January 1, the actor has already filmed a cameo role in the hit Netflix series and is set for release during the summer. Though reports are unclear about the character, his time on screen for this special appearance will allegedly not be long.

Public admiration was also cited as a reason for the DiCaprio rumor. In the friendly encounter that buzzed the town during the red carpet interview in 2022, Lee said that he would like to see DiCaprio in the show. This was his answer to a question by a foreign journalist about which actor he would like to see in the adventure drama.
During a press conference held in 2022 that celebrated Squid Game’s Emmy wins, director Hwang Dong Hyuk also touched on the possibility saying, “Leonardo DiCaprio said he was a fan of Squid Game Another internal joke was, ‘Should we make an offer?'”
Season 2 of Squid Game saw a tremendous showdown between Gi-hun (Lee Jung Jae) and the Front Man (Lee Byung Hun), providing much more deadly games in the future. It has been made known that the third season is expected for released in late 2025, with viewers looking forward to many new elements and surprises.
