Summative Analysis
Resort to contracting rather than employing new workers, doing away with the segregation of several allowances and merging them into the total salary structure has been a radical transformation in the employment policy of nlesco.com. As much as this measure is intended to reorganize the company, it brings forth some uncertainty on the long term provision of services and their quality.
