The much-awaited ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Pakistan has its fixtures and groups announced by the International Cricket Council (ICC). The tournament shall have its ninth edition over 19 days from 19 February 2025 to the final on 9 March 2025.
Due to the influence of BCCI and India, the tournament shall be multi-venue – spread across Pakistan and Dubai – with all matches evening in coincidence to day-night.
Eight of the world’s leading cricketing nations will participate in the Champions Trophy, creating two pools and organizing two semifinal matches, with a final match. In addition, the ICC has confirmed that “on a qualifying basis,” if India were to qualify for the final, the final would be played in Dubai.

The eight teams have been placed into two pools, each having three matches in the group stage of the tournament. This way, the top two in each pool will then proceed to the semi-finals.

The tournament will begin with the hosting country Pakistan taking on New Zealand in Karachi, and the much-awaited contest between arch-rivals Pakistan and India will take place on 23 February in Dubai, expected to hog some serious global attention. The semi-finals will be held on 4 March and 5 March, with the final on 9 March in Lahore (or Dubai if India qualifies).
