As per the Pakistan weather prediction of the Met Office, it will bring a westerly wave affecting almost all western parts of Pakistan starting on November 28th (night).
Under this weather system:
A moderate rain-producing wind/thunderstorm with snowfall over the hilly regions is expected to affect the following districts: Quetta, Pishin, Qilla Saifullah, Zhob, Shirani, Musa Khel, Barkhan, Ziarat, Loralai, and Dera Ghazi Khan on 28th (night)/29 November and on 2 December. Besides, Gawadar, Kech, Panjgur, Awaran, Kalat, and Khuzdar will experience that on the 28th (night)/29th of November.

Light-light to moderate level rains along with thundershowers and snows over mountains are predicted in the areas mentioned below from 29th (evening/night) to 2nd December, occasionally breaking possible gaps: Waziristan, Kurrum, Mohmand, Khyber, Chitral, Dir, Swat, Malakan, Buner, Shangla, Manshera, Abbottabad, Kohistan, Astore, Ghizer, Gilgit, Hunza, Skardu, Neelum Valley, Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Kotli, Haveli, and Bagh:
Light rain or drizzling is also expected in the Pothohar region, Murree, Galliyat, Islamabad, Mianwali, Bhakkar, and Layyah on the 29th (evening/night) and 2nd December.
Possible Impacts and Advice:
The air quality in Punjab may improve.
Conditions may start developing as foggy in the plains of Punjab.
Farmers will have to manage their work according to the weather forecast.
