Pakistan sports exports to China will increase in 2024. According to the General Administration of Customs of China, for the first 11 months of 2024, China imported basketballs, footballs, and volleyballs from Pakistan for a total value of USD 10.7 million, which accounts for 6.68% growth against the same period last year.

Such an increment indicates the fact that Pakistan is a country with a major reputation in the world for its quality products in sports goods and symbolizes the strong economic relationship the two countries have. With footballs being a major import item from Pakistan in Sialkot, the most famous and demanded footballs are produced basketballs, and volleyballs are finding increasing acceptance in schools and professional leagues in China.
This recognition and appreciation is indeed a step forward towards the recognition and appreciation of the handiwork by Pakistani artisans in international markets.
