The government of Punjab has decided to introduce the Karobar Card scheme for small businesses. This decision was made in a meeting held in Lahore on Saturday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. Under this Business Card Scheme, loans will be provided from one hundred thousand to one million rupees.

Chief Minister Aasan Karobar Financing Scheme
It also sanctioned the ‘Chief Minister Aasan Karobar Financing Scheme for medium-level businesses. Under this scheme, thirty million rupees will be extended in loans to people. The loans have a paying-back period of five years. According to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, such schemes will provide better opportunities for employment and uplift the business and industrial sectors in the province.
