A tragic accident occurred during the Hub Rally Autocross in Karachi when a car lost control and fatally struck a track marshal. The incident happened on the Karachi motorway near DHA City, where the Hub Car Rally was being held. The vehicle, driven by Tariq Khan, spun off the track and hit Danish, a volunteer traffic marshal guiding the drivers.

The impact was so severe that Danish was dragged into a ditch, suffering spinal and head injuries. Despite immediate rescue efforts and transport to the trauma center at Civil Hospital Karachi, Danish did not survive. The driver, thanks to safety equipment, sustained minor injuries.
