Al Ain City of UAE has created another Guinness World Record for the longest chain of fireworks during the National Day celebrations with a length of 11.1 km on December 2, 2024, as part of the 53rd celebrations. This historic event was completed in an astonishing 50 seconds, with fireworks emanating from 51 platforms. This is Al Ain’s second Guinness World Record in 2024, as it had already registered the largest bouquet in February.

Not only did Hili Fun City host fabulous fireworks during this year’s 53rd Union Day celebrations, but there was also a gorgeous drone show. Earlier in the year, Ras Al Khaimah broke two Guinness World Records with a scintillating eight-minute-long fireworks and drone display on January 1, 2024.
