The Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has confirmed Zeeshan Rehman Khattak as its new Commissioner following his appointment by the Federal Government.
Before joining SECP, Khattak served as Chief Commercial Officer at the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). He significantly contributed to advancing the IT industry’s growth and fostering trade partnerships and national policies. His various portfolios, such as the Acting CEO, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Industry Development Officer, exemplify his multidimensional experience in the domains of infrastructure development, strategic planning, and governance.

His career covers an array of industry and geographic bases, with more than 20 years of domestic and international experience, specifically in wealth management, regulatory affairs, real estate, and technology. He earned degrees in Business and Economics from California State University, Fullerton, USA, and an MBA in Finance from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad.
